South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts(1) The President of the Tribunal must on or before 31 October in each year make a report to the Minister on the administration and operation of the Tribunal during the previous financial year.
(2) The Minister must within 12 sitting days after receiving a report under this section cause copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
(3) The report must include any information prescribed by the regulations.
