4—Amendment of section 45—Pre-hearing conferences

Section 45—after subsection (2) insert:

        (3)         This section applies to and in relation to—

            (a)         proceedings under the Return to Work Act 2014

; and

            (b)         any other proceedings prescribed by the regulations.
