6—Amendment of section 85—Exempt transactions

        (1)         Section 85—delete "under this Act"

        (2)         Section 85—after its present contents as amended by this section (now to be designated as subsection (1)) insert:

        (2)         Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to duty under Part 4.
