STATUTES AMENDMENT (NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SYSTEM) ACT 2009 (NO 58 OF 2009) - SECT 36

36—Amendment of section 29A—Staff

Section 29A—after subsection (2) insert:

        (3)         The Commission is declared not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
