STATUTES AMENDMENT (NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SYSTEM) ACT 2009 (NO 58 OF 2009) - SECT 41

41—Amendment of section 15—Staff

Section 15—after subsection (4) insert:

        (5)         The Corporation is declared not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
