STATUTES AMENDMENT (OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING) ACT 2013 (NO 71 OF 2013) - SECT 36

36—Amendment of section 7A—Licence conditions

Section 7A(3)—delete subsection (3) and substitute:

        (3)         Conditions—

            (a)         may be imposed by the Commissioner—

                  (i)         on the grant of the licence; or

                  (ii)         at any time on application by the holder of the licence; and

            (b)         may be varied or revoked by the Commissioner at any time on application by the holder of the licence.
