STATUTES AMENDMENT (OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING) ACT 2013 (NO 71 OF 2013) - SECT 6

6—Amendment of section 7—Classes of licence

Section 7(2)(a)—delete paragraph (a) and substitute:

            (a)         may be imposed by the Commissioner—

                  (i)         on the grant of the licence; or

                  (ii)         at any time on application by the licensed building work contractor; and
