STATUTES AMENDMENT (PROHIBITION OF HUMAN CLONING FOR REPRODUCTION AND REGULATION OF RESEARCH INVOLVING HUMAN EMBRYOS) ACT 2009 (NO 11 OF 2009) - SECT 18

18—Amendment of section 21—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 21, definition of "eligible person"—after paragraph (c) insert:

            (ca)         in relation to a decision to modify guidelines under section 14(8) in respect of a licence—the licence holder; or

        (2)         Section 21, definition of "reviewable decision —after paragraph (c) insert:

            (ca)         a decision to modify guidelines under section 14(8) in respect of a licence;
