STATUTES AMENDMENT (SENTENCING OF SEX OFFENDERS) ACT 2005 (NO 31 OF 2005) - SECT 13

13—Amendment of section 63—Production or dissemination of child pornography

Section 63, penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         for a basic offence—imprisonment for 10 years;

            (b)         for an aggravated offence—imprisonment for 12 years.
