STATUTES AMENDMENT (SENTENCING OF SEX OFFENDERS) ACT 2005 (NO 31 OF 2005) - SECT 9
9—Transitional provision
An amendment made by this Act to the Criminal Law (Sentencing) Act 1988
applies whether the relevant offence occurred before or after the commencement
of the amendment.
