STATUTES AMENDMENT (ATTORNEY-GENERAL'S PORTFOLIO) (NO 2) ACT 2023 (NO 2 OF 2023) - SECT 4

4—Amendment of section 12—Making of complaints

Section 12(2)—delete subsection (2) and substitute:

        (2)         A person who is subject to an order of the Supreme Court (whether under section 39 of the Supreme Court Act 1935

or the inherent jurisdiction of the Court) prohibiting the person from instituting proceedings (or proceedings of a particular class) may not make a complaint under this Act.
