STATUTES AMENDMENT (ATTORNEY-GENERAL'S PORTFOLIO) (NO 3) ACT 2022 (NO 29 OF 2022) - SECT 4

4—Amendment of section 39—Annual report

Section 39(2)—delete "all recommendations made by the Coroner's Court under section 25 during that financial year" and substitute:

—

            (a)         all recommendations made by the Coroner's Court under section 25 during that financial year; and

            (b)         the number of notifications received by the State Coroner under section 84(2) of the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2021

during that financial year.
