166—Amendment of section 18—Qualifications for registration

        (1)         Section 18(2)(a)(vii)—after "the spouse" insert:

or domestic partner

        (2)         Section 18(2)(a)(vii)(B)—delete subsubparagraph (B) and substitute:

                        (B)         in the case of a domestic partner—on the cessation of that relationship,
