STATUTES AMENDMENT (DOMESTIC PARTNERS) ACT 2006 (NO 43 OF 2006) - SECT 19

19—Amendment of section 72M—Limitation on right of personal representative to sell interest in dwellinghouse

        (1)         Section 72M(1)—after "spouse" wherever occurring insert in each case:

or domestic partner

        (2)         Section 72M(1)(b)(i)—delete subparagraph (i) and substitute:

                  (i)         the dwellinghouse has ceased to be the ordinary place of residence of the spouse or domestic partner; or
