208—Amendment of section 38—Death of contributor

        (1)         Section 38(1)(a)—delete "a person referred to in subsection (1a)" and substitute:

if the contributor is survived by a spouse—the spouse

        (2)         Section 38(1a)—delete subsection (1a)
