Schedule 1—after clause 5C insert:
5D—Compensation payable to domestic partner on death of worker
An amendment made by a provision of the Statutes Amendment (Domestic Partners)
Act 2006 to a provision of this Act that provides for, or relates to, the
payment of a lump sum or weekly payments to a person on the death of a worker,
applies only if the death occurs after the commencement of the amendment.
