23—Amendment of section 13—Exclusions

        (1)         Section 13(3)—delete "The exclusions" and substitute:

Subject to subsection (3a), the exclusions

        (2)         Section 13—after subsection (3) insert:

        (3a)         Subsection (3) does not apply in relation to the operation of clauses 1, 3 and 4 of Schedule 1.
