STATUTES AMENDMENT (PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES) ACT 2011 (NO 11 OF 2011) - SECT 15

15—Amendment of section 23—Registration of dealings with registered bills of sale

        (1)         Section 23(1)—delete "The Registrar" and substitute:

Subject to subsection (1a), the Registrar

        (2)         Section 23—after subsection (1) insert:

        (1a)         A dealing with a bill of sale is not to be registered under this Act following the registration commencement time.
