STATUTES AMENDMENT (MINERAL RESOURCES) ACT 2019 (NO 29 OF 2019) - SECT 149

149—Amendment of section 19—Application for registration of tenement

        (1)         Section 19(2)(a) and (b)—delete paragraphs (a) and (b) and substitute:

            (a)         must be made in a manner and form determined by the Director or as otherwise determined by the Opal Mining Registrar; and

        (2)         Section 19(3)—delete subsection (3)

        (3)         Section 19(4)—delete "not wholly within" and substitute:

wholly outside
