STATUTES AMENDMENT (COMMONWEALTH REGISTERED ENTITIES) ACT 2016 (NO 24 OF 2016) - SECT 19

19—Amendment of section 15B—Powers of inspectors

Section 15B—after subsection (6) insert:

        (6a)         An inspector may require that the answer to a question under this section be verified by statutory declaration or given under oath.
