107—Amendment of section 85—Applications to Court

        (1)         Section 85(4)—delete " ex parte " and substitute:

without notice to any person

        (2)         Section 85(4)—delete "leave" and substitute:

permission

        (3)         Section 85(11)(a)—delete "an ex parte application" and substitute:

an application without notice to any person
