164—Amendment of section 21—Mining operations on the lands

        (1)         Section 21(14)(b)—delete paragraph (b) and substitute:

            (b)         may refer a question of law for the opinion of the Full Court of the Supreme Court.

        (2)         Section 21(15)—delete subsection (15)
