STATUTES AMENDMENT (TRANSITION TO RETIREMENT--STATE SUPERANNUATION) ACT 2008 (NO 4 OF 2008) - SECT 13

13—Amendment of section 39A—Resignation or retirement pursuant to a voluntary separation package

Section 39A—after subsection (3g) insert:

        (3h)         An election under subsection (3)(b) must be made within 3 months after the date of resignation.

        (3i)         A pension under subsection (3g) will be indexed.
