STATUTES AMENDMENT (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) ACT 2018 (NO 38 OF 2018) - SECT 9

9—Amendment of section 8—Meaning of abuse—domestic and non-domestic

Section 8(4)—after paragraph (o) insert:

            (oa)         forcing the person to marry another person;

            (ob)         preventing the person from entering the person's place of residence;

            (oc)         taking an invasive image (within the meaning of Part 5A of the Summary Offences Act 1953

) of the person and threatening to distribute the image without the person's consent;
