STATUTES AMENDMENT (HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW) ACT 2013 (NO 35 OF 2013) - SECT 23

23—Amendment of section 40I—Direction to move vehicle to enable exercise of other powers

        (1)         Section 40I(1)—delete "or police officer"

        (2)         Section 40I(1)—delete "this Act" and substitute:

a road law

        (3)         Section 40I(2), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty: $5 000.

        (4)         Section 40I(3)—delete subsection (3)

        (5)         Section 40I(5), definition of "suitable location —delete "or police officer"
