48—Making and retention of records
(1) An employer who
employs an apprentice/trainee must keep records as required by the Commission
by notice in the Gazette.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
(2) An employer must
retain a record kept under subsection (1) for at least 2 years after the
expiry or termination of the contract of training to which the record relates.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
