TRAINING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO 8 OF 2011) - SECT 20

20—Amendment of section 44—Offences relating to universities, degrees etc

        (1)         Section 44(1), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;

            (b)         in the case of a natural person—$20 000.

        (2)         Section 44(2), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;

            (b)         in the case of a natural person—$20 000.

        (3)         Section 44(3), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;

            (b)         in the case of a natural person—$20 000.

        (4)         Section 44(4), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;

            (b)         in the case of a natural person—$20 000.

        (5)         Section 44(6), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;

            (b)         in the case of a natural person—$20 000.

        (6)         Section 44(7), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;

            (b)         in the case of a natural person—$20 000.
