6—Amendment of section 27—Conditions of registration

        (1)         Section 27(2)—delete "by the Commission" and substitute:

        (2)         Section 27(2), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty: $10 000.

Expiation fee: $500.
