WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2012 (NO 40 OF 2012) - SECT 78

78—Meetings of committee

A health and safety committee must meet—

            (a)         at least once every 3 months; and

            (b)         at any reasonable time at the request of at least half of the members of the committee.
