72—Amendment of section 105—Insurance of registered employers against other liabilities

        (1)         Section 105(2)—after "rehabilitation programme" insert:

or a rehabilitation and return to work plan

        (2)         Section 105(3)—delete "an exempt" and substitute:

a self-insured
