79—Amendment of section 119—Contract to avoid Act

Section 119—after subsection (3) insert:

        (4)         Subsections (2) and (3) do not apply to—

            (a)         any action taken by an employer with the consent of the Corporation; or

            (b)         any agreement or arrangement entered into by an employer with, or with the consent of, the Corporation.
