South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered ActsZero Waste SA may exercise any powers that are necessary or expedient for, or
incidental to, the performance of its functions and in particular—
(a) may
obtain expert or technical advice from a person on such terms and conditions
as it thinks fit; and
(b) may,
if the Chief Executive of Zero Waste SA is declared under section 13 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1995 to have the powers and functions of
Chief Executive of an administrative unit of the Public Service, make use of
the services of the administrative unit's employees and of its facilities.
