CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES (POISONS) (NITROUS OXIDE) VARIATION REGULATIONS 2019 (NO 246 OF 2019) - REG 2

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation—

            (a)         3 months after the day on which they are made; or

            (b)         on 1 April 2020,

whichever is the later.
