4—Substitution of Schedule 4

Schedule 4—delete the Schedule and substitute:

Schedule 4—Fees

The following fees are payable:

1	Application for a licence under section 7	$10.70
2	Application for the renewal of a licence under section 9	$10.70
3	Late application fee under section 9	$10.70

Note—

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 , the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
