(1) An inspector may
require the holder of a licence or permit to produce for inspection the
licence or permit or approvals or records pertaining to the licence or permit
under these regulations.
(2) A person who does
not comply with a requirement of an inspector under subregulation (1) is
guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $315.
