FORESTRY REGULATIONS 2013 (NO 48 OF 2013) - REG 8

8—Prohibition of entrance to caves or sinkholes

A person must not, without lawful authority, enter or remain in a cave or sinkhole in a forest reserve.

Maximum penalty: $750.

Expiation fee: $105.
