4—Substitution of Schedule 1

Schedule 1—delete the Schedule and substitute:

Schedule 1—Fees

1	Application for hydroponic equipment dealer's licence—
	(a)         if the applicant is a body corporate	$740
	(b)         if the applicant is a natural person	$457
2	Application for approval as hydroponics industry employee	$457
3	Annual fee for licence holders—
	(a)         if the licence holder is a body corporate	$812
	(b)         if the licence holder is a natural person	$621
4	Annual fee for approved person	$296
5	Penalty for default (regulation 14(5))	$170

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978

, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
