LEGAL PRACTITIONERS VARIATION REGULATIONS 2005 (NO 135 OF 2005) - REG 4

4—Substitution of Schedule 2

Schedule 2—delete the schedule and substitute:

Schedule 2—Fees

1	For the issue or renewal of a practising certificate—
	(a)         for more than 6 months	$291 fee $75 levy
	(b)         for 6 months or less	$171 fee $38 levy
2	Fee to accompany an annual return lodged under section 24 of the Act	$30

Note—

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 , the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
