MAJOR EVENTS (CREDIT UNION CHRISTMAS PAGEANT) REGULATIONS 2016 (NO 186 OF 2016) - REG 8

8—Controlled area

The controlled area for the major event is declared to be—

            (a)         the portion of road comprising the official pageant route for the Credit Union Christmas Pageant (described in Schedule 1

); and

            (b)         the 200 metre buffer zone (comprising any public place or part of a public place that is within 200 metres from the boundary of the road referred to in paragraph (a)

),

as shown on the map in Schedule 2
