NURSING AND MIDWIFERY PRACTICE REGULATIONS 2009 (NO 201 OF 2009) - REG 3

3—Interpretation

In these regulations—

"Act" means the Nursing and Midwifery Practice Act 2008 ;

"business day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
