NURSING AND MIDWIFERY PRACTICE REGULATIONS 2009 (NO 201 OF 2009) - REG 4

4—Representative bodies

For the purposes of the definition of "representative bodies" in section 3 of the Act, the following bodies are declared to be representative bodies for the purposes of the Act:

            (a)         Australian College of Mental Health Nurses;

            (b)         Australian College of Midwives, Inc;

            (c)         Australian Nursing Federation;

            (d)         Health Consumers Alliance Incorporated;

            (e)         Royal College of Nursing Australia.
