8—Access to Seal Bay beach

A person must not, without the permission of the relevant authority, enter or remain in that part of Seal Bay Conservation Park shown as Seal Bay Beach User Fee Zone on the plan in Schedule 2

except in the company of a warden or a person assisting a warden.
