pipeline safety management plan
(1) For the purposes
of regulation 129(1), if the Safety Authority has given the Minister a
timetable under regulation 140(4) for consideration of the
pipeline safety management plan, the Minister must give written notice to the
pipeline licensee explaining the effect of the timetable.
(2) A failure by the
Safety Authority to comply with subregulation (1) in relation to a
pipeline safety management plan does not affect the validity of a decision by
the Safety Authority to accept or reject the pipeline safety management plan.
