38—Prescribed occupational health and safety laws

The following laws of this State are prescribed for the purposes of section 14A of the Act:

            (a)         Dangerous Substances Act 1979 ;

            (b)         Electrical Products Act 2000 ;

            (c)         Electricity Act 1996 , to the extent that it relates to occupational health and safety;

            (d)         Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1986 .
