66—Safety Authority may request more information
(1) If an operator
submits a safety case to the Safety Authority, the Safety Authority may
request the operator to provide further written information about any matter
required by this Part to be included in a safety case.
(2) A request under
subregulation (1) must—
(a) be
in writing; and
(b) set
out each matter for which information is requested; and
(c)
specify a period of at least 30 days within which the information is to be
provided.
(3) If an operator
receives a request, and provides all information requested by the Safety
Authority within the period specified—
(a) the
information becomes part of the safety case as if it had been included with
the safety case as it was submitted to the Safety Authority; and
(b) the
Safety Authority must have regard to the information as if it had been so
included.
