PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) REGULATIONS 2005 (NO 150 OF 2005) - REG 85

85—Facility must have registered operator

A person must not—

            (a)         construct a facility; or

            (b)         install a facility; or

            (c)         operate a facility; or

            (d)         modify a facility; or

            (e)         decommission a facility,

in the adjacent area if there is not an operator in respect of the facility.

Maximum penalty: $8 800.
