RETURN TO WORK REGULATIONS 2015 (NO 29 OF 2015) - REG 33
33—Prescribed limits on costs—provision of professional advice
(section 66 of Act)
For the purposes of section 66(7)(j) of the Act, the
following limits are prescribed in relation to the indemnity provided by the
Corporation for the costs of obtaining advice about the consequences of
entering into a deed of release:
