TEACHERS REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS REGULATIONS 2021 (NO 49 OF 2021) - REG 3

3—Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—

"Act" means the Teachers Registration and Standards Act 2004

"mandatory notification course" means a course of instruction approved by the Teachers Registration Board relating to children and young people at risk and the requirements under Chapter 5 Part 1 of the Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017

for reporting of suspicion that a child or young person may be at risk.
