Administrative Arrangements (Administration of
Agricultural and Veterinary Products (Control of Use) Act)
Proclamation 2004
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Agricultural and Veterinary Products (Control of Use) Act )
Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Act committed
to Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries
The administration of the Agricultural and Veterinary Products (Control
of Use) Act 2002 is committed to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and
Fisheries.
