This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Australian Energy Market Commission Establishment Act)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Act committed
to Minister for Energy
The administration of the Australian Energy Market Commission
Establishment Act 2004 is committed to the Minister for
Energy.
